For your info
I pushed pushed sound + sound interface from pharoNonCorePackage to PharoSound Next step: merged and have a look at the idea of henrik fix pharo-dev to load from pharoSound Stef |
Good.
So let encourage people to use it as an OFFICIAL repository for Sound package. (you now, i can do copy-paste ;) On 3 February 2011 11:05, Stéphane Ducasse <[hidden email]> wrote: > For your info > I pushed pushed sound + sound interface from pharoNonCorePackage to PharoSound > Next step: > merged and have a look at the idea of henrik > fix pharo-dev to load from pharoSound > > Stef > -- Best regards, Igor Stasenko AKA sig. |

Henrik, could you please do us a favor and clean up this mess?
Because i really feel lost, what sound package i should use for building VM, from what repository, and what version... No time rigth now
Igor needs a stable location for VM building. Merge later this is on my todo but it is quite long right now ";) On Feb 3, 2011, at 11:19 AM, Henrik Johansen wrote: > > On Feb 3, 2011, at 11:16 11AM, Henrik Johansen wrote: > >> >> On Feb 3, 2011, at 11:09 23AM, Igor Stasenko wrote: >> >>> Good. >>> So let encourage people to use it as an OFFICIAL repository for >>> Sound package. >>> (you now, i can do copy-paste ;) >>> >>> On 3 February 2011 11:05, Stéphane Ducasse <[hidden email]> wrote: >>>> For your info >>>> I pushed pushed sound + sound interface from pharoNonCorePackage to PharoSound >>>> Next step: >>>> merged and have a look at the idea of henrik >>>> fix pharo-dev to load from pharoSound >>>> >>>> Stef >>>> >> >> Please read http://forum.world.st/Sound-package-fixes-tp3249216p3251622.html >> The merge you did chose to use all the things I said were NOT neccessary/wanted. >> >> Cheers, >> Henry > > Oh wait, you just pushed the packages? > Then why rename the versions, indicating they are newer revisions in the browser? > > Cheers, > Henry |

Igor for the VM you do not care.
Just take the latest version that was in PharoNonCorePackages and that I published in PharoSound. There is just cleaning of references. Not much more differences between henrik and me version. I just have to understand what he did and describe and redo it . For building a Dev image with Sound package people will actually browse, the PharoSound-fork is superior. Cheers, Henry |

In case you're building VM from different versions of Pharo, I'd use from PharoSound (seeing as both forks recide there now :P): SergeStinckwich.52 for 1.1.1 HenrikSperreJohansen.56 for 1.2 StephaneDucasse.62 for 1.3alpha (I don't actually have a 1.3 image, but I believe Steph made the SoundService soundEnabled delegation refactoring there) Cheers, Henry |
