I'm sorry to hear that this funding was cut. I want to personally thank the Swiki Support team at Georgia Tech for their help over the last several years with both the Croquet and Squeak Swikis. You have helped both of these communities to grow in a way that no other facility has.
I'm hoping that other resources will be made publically available so that the current Swiki content can be preserved and expanded for the next versions of Croquet.
With the recent vandalism of the Swiki, once again, maybe it would be a good idea for any new Swiki to require logging-in in order to edit page content, with a publically available login posted somewhere other than the Swiki, with no direct reference to it on the Swiki. My view is that this would be enough of a deterrent to stop most vandals, and yet still allow the interested public community to have open access.
