recent preferences changes impacted help menu

When one does world menu/help, this worked until recently:

TheWorldMenu>>soundEnablingString

    ^ Preferences soundEnablingString

Now there is no such method in Preferences.

The method still exist, it's been moved to SoundService as indicated by the deprecation message.
It's a pity that the send sites were not updated accordingly...
