some mac move avatar gestures

Have available mighty mouse now to fool with.

Option key serves as key modifier for left mouse click
or track pad click.

Right mouse click gets halo.

Scroll ball click gets avatar moving, scrolling gets
him flying.

Have microsoft usb mouse at home and haven't examined
its gestures.
