[squeak-dev] ChangeSorter and DualChangeSorter missing #relabel update

In the trunk image, change sorters are not being labeled properly. An
update: #relabel to the SystemWindow seems to be missing.  I think this
is related to ToolBuilder changes, but I'm not sure where to look.

Pointers?
