Just don't know but try to investigate.
For the record, mine is a merge of very old .cs and .sar from Ned Kontz, but
I think original is from another guy, don't remember who.

If you like this kind of Browser, I strong advice to look at Tamaris from
Alain Plantec.

http://cassoulet.univ-brest.fr/squeak/tamaris/.

This days I showing Squeak to a few students and always believe having
different Browsers give Squeak more power.
