[squeak-dev] MC1.5 fixed preamble/postscripts

I have updated LPF to load MC1.5 version 477, this fixes
preambles/postscripts and provides a considerable speed up.

Hi Keith

Can the change for the speed up be backported to older MC versions or  
ist this a MC1.5 specific fix?

Is it ok to install LPF over a previous install of it? Or would you recommend starting over from a fresh image?

I think it should be ok to reload LPF.
