[squeak-dev] Monticello Meta-information

Related to tracking licensing and tracking development status (as
recently brought up by Bert) is there any support in MCZes for
additional meta-information?  If not, is there anything keeping us from
adding an additional file to the archive for this purpose?  Is any MCZ
consuming software likely to be confused by an additional file?
