[squeak-dev] Notification subclasses ala Avi Bryant c.2003, stale bug?

I'm not totally sure what this is, something about exceptions and popup menus. There's a change set attached, containing a few subclasses of Notification, and a handful of associated methods. Bug was filed by Ken Causey over four years ago, and the changes seem to have been penned by Avi Bryant in 2003.
