TestCase>>withInheritedSelectors sends self allSelectorsBelow:
TestCase, which is not present. It cause test failures for MC.

It is in Pharo, and LPF, the fix is available from

Installer mantis bug: 7166 fix: 'Speedup-AllSelectors-M7166.1.cs'.
