[squeak-dev] Smalltalk #addtoStartUpList: , #addtoStartUpList: after:

I just discovered , that there is no way to add item to startup list
to be the first or _before_ specified class.
For instance, i can't insert AdvancedProcessorScheduler to be the
first class who will receive #startUp: message. :(
