[squeak-dev] Squeak and Netbooks

Markus Fritsche
Hello,

I'm using squeak on a netbook with a resolution of 1024x600. When I open
browser windows or the debugger, the windows are "to small" on the
vertical scale.

Where do I change the behaviour of newly created windows?

Hello,

Initial extent is defineed in the following method:
RealEstateAgent>>standardWindowExtent
It seems grid and maxLevel are too large for small screen.

Bring up the halo menu of the bottom panel (an alignment morph). Pick it up
and place it elsewhere. Change the transparent background color to something
more readable.

Remember this is Squeak. The graphical panels you see are objects.
