[squeak-dev] [Suggestion] Shout Workspace

Hi all,

If Shout is integrated in the image, I think could be interesting, to  
have ShoutWorkspace as default Workspace too.

Except if we have plain workspaces besides. All text displayed in a
workspace is not code...
