[squeak-dev] [Trunk] Invalid utf8 input detected loading code updates

Giuseppe
Hi,

Recently, I installed SqueakVM 3.10-6 on my Fedora 11 64bits (downloading tar.gz file, and launching the INSTALL script).

When I open the image ( http://squeakvm.org/win32/release/Squeak-3.10.2-trunk.zip ), and click on Load Code Updates, I get this error.

Screenshot and Log Attached.

Some idea?

Worked fine for me (though on Fedora 10, 32 bits). I only got a harmless merge dialog, but no errors.

Forgive it.

The problem was I'm stupid or some other better adjetive near thath. I renamed SqueakV39.sources.gz to SqueakV39.sources instead of uncompress it.

Once I uncompress it, and copied over the other, all worked ok.

I'm so sorry for the unnecessary noise.
