[squeak-dev] Update the site page, please...

I end the 3.10 release and send notice about FunSqueak.6 before.
Please, please, please, update the www.squeak.org pages.

Also I wish put my 3.11 proposal image somewhere, is a shame we loose six
months now without any change.
