The page http://squeak.org/Community/Organization is out of date
w.r.t. the new board.  (As reported in the industry misinterpretations
podcast...).

Also, http://www.squeakersfilm.org, which is linked to from
http://squeak.org/Community/SqueakersDVD, now belongs to domain
squatters.

Yes, that link should be removed, the site is no more.

No, but $8 is quite reasonable for that great documentation, IMHO.
