squeakvm.org/unix file forbidden

Trying to download the squeakvm for linux i386:

http://squeakvm.org/unix/release/Squeak-3.11.3.2135-linux_i386.deb

and got:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to
access /unix/release/Squeak-3.11.3.2135-linux_i386.deb on this server.
