We have originally tested the bootstrap against Croquet 1.0.18 and
Squeak 3.9.1 so it should work out of the box. Just download the code
from http://www.mirandabanda.org/files/Cog/Closures0811/Bootstrap/ (grab
the tar file and extract it) and follow the instructions.
