I discovered Croquet today and I just wanted to say that I think this is
a fantastic idea. I want to particularly applaud the fact that you have
made Croquet open source without imposing a draconian (GPL) license.
This opens the door for people to participate in your project in a broad
variety of contexts, from academic research to commercial product
development.
I'm a hardcore Java programmer, but I've heard great things about Squeak
and I intend to spend some time with it over the next few weeks. I'm
sure I'll be back to share and discuss once I have just enough knowledge
to be dangerous. :)
