Cincom Smalltalk is a 640Meg download. Squeak is a 17Meg download.
What's missing from Squeak?

The Cincom CD contains all VMs (12 plattforms), and all many many
3rd party packes.

The image itself is only 16MB + 12MB sources...

So for Squeak, you would need to build a package with all VMs and
SqueakMap to be comparable.

You can get a CD for Squeak, too:
