Connectors-eld.199.mcz in the Connectors repository on SqueakSource
has removed NCAAConnectorMorph entirely without regard for its
references, and without any description in the change log.
Unless eld will come forward to fix and/or explain this, I will remove
Connectors-eld.199.mcz from that project.
